These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of Marjorie & RaaRaa’s Adventures books or merchandise made either:

• Directly through our website, or

• Through a venue or partner organisation’s website (such as a museum shop or event retailer).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
 

2. Purchasing Through Our Website

When you buy directly from us:

• You enter into a contract with Marjorie & RaaRaa’s Adventures.

• Prices, delivery options, and availability are displayed at checkout.

• Payment is processed securely through our chosen payment provider.

• You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable

• Pricing or listing errors occur

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

If an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
 

3. Purchasing Through a Venue or Partner Website

Some books or merchandise may be sold through partner venues (e.g., museums, attractions, or event retailers). In these cases:

• Your contract is with the venue or retailer, not with Marjorie & RaaRaa’s Adventures.

• Their own Terms & Conditions, privacy policy, delivery times, and returns process apply.

• We do not control their stock levels, pricing, or order fulfilment.

If you have questions about an order placed through a partner website, please contact the venue directly.
 

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Payment must be completed at checkout; we do not accept cash or offline payments for online orders.
   

5. Delivery

Direct Website Orders

• Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout.

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays may occur during busy periods.

• Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

Venue Website Orders

• Delivery is handled by the venue or retailer.

• Their delivery times, fees, and policies apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Direct Website Orders

You may return a book or merchandise item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

• Unused

• In its original condition

• Returned with proof of purchase

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

We cannot refund:

• Digital downloads

• Personalised or signed copies (unless faulty)

• Items damaged after delivery

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
 

Venue Website Orders

Returns and refunds must be handled directly with the venue or retailer according to their policies.
 

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the returns process applies.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by couriers

• Losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

• Issues arising from purchases made through third‑party venues

Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
